Last year I added a list of my top five favorite album finds. I'm sitting in our rental home looking at a canal in our back yard. It's sixteen degrees outside. The canal is frozen over and the ducks are bouncing and skidding as they try to land on the water. I guess it's never too early to start the 2026 list with an overlooked mid-'60s soul classic.
