I don't know a great deal about the Tribute label (does anyone ?).  It was based in New York City and seems to have some sort of link to the larger World Records label.  Tribute only seems to have released about a dozen albums including a couple with ties to former Tea Company front man Frankie Carr and a bunch of anonymous country-flavored albums.  None are easy to locate and as far as I know, none have ever been reissued.

- 30 July 2011: found a copy of Spare Change Band.  Will provide a review in the near future

  2012

- 12 March 2012:  A copy of the Larry Bene LP sold on eBay with the following description: "lounge singer album with three cool funky mod cuts. Probably recorded years before the release date.

- 22 December 2012: added review for Larry Bene LP

  2013

- 25 May 2013 added review of Fran's band LP

  2014

- 25 July 2014: Received a phone call from Larry Bene who had actually bought my copy of his LP.  A young 82, Bene was kind enough  to tell me a little bit about his relationship with Frankie Carr and how the LP came to be recorded.
